  • How do I place an order? Simply select your preferred bedding sets or towels, add them to your cart, and complete our secure checkout process.

  • Can I cancel my order? You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered the processing phase, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery according to our return policy.

  • What is the return fee? Free Returns. Roomvely covers the return shipping costs for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees.

  • When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Do you offer exchanges? Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days. To request an exchange, contact our support team at support@roomvly.store with your order details and the replacement item you'd like.
